What ages are your activities for?

All of our Bushcraft & Adventure elements are for children aged 8-14, along with family groups and adult workshops.
What times do your camps start?

For full week bookings, camps start at 8:30am Monday and finish at 5:30pm Friday. For day visit or part week visits, they start at 10:00am and finish at 4:00pm.
Are your staff trained?

Our staff all receive mandatory training course bushcraft, which is a 72 hour training course. On top of that, all staff must maintain a professional practice profile, showing that they are constantly up to date and moving their bushcraft skills forward. More than anything else, all of our staff are passionate Bushcrafters and educators - who are dedicated to making bushcraft and outdoor adventure accessible to everyone. All of our staff also receive First Aid Training, Safeguarding Training and training to support childhood mental health. Our staff are also DBS checked, must pass background checks and are members of the Institute of Outdoor learning Professional Practice Group. Where are you?

We have two woodland sites in Norfolk. The one that is used for most of our events is our Lakeside woodland, which is just North of Tottenhill (near King's Lynn).
Can my child join your Bushcraft Club?

100%! If they are aged 8 to 14, love being outdoors and would like to learn some amazing outdoor skills - then we'd warmly welcome them to Outcrafters. Please just see our Outcrafter page and sign up to one of our trial sessions to get started.
What kit will my child need?

We try and make wild camping pain free for everyone. With that in mind, we provide all the bedding and camping equipment your child will need. That includes sleeping bags, roll mats, weather proof liners and of course, hammocks, shelters and tarps. All your child will need is clothing for everyday, a wash kit and some weather proofs.
